Our Policies

We are honored that you chose EverAfter Enchantments (EAE) for your next event.! To ensure that the event is a success, please look over the information below. After looking over the information, sign and date the document stating that you understand all the terms.

 

Please schedule your party at least 2 weeks in advance of the desired party date. We will do our best to accommodate any date requests. The earlier you book, the smoother the planning process will be.

 

When you agree to our contract, you give us permission to utilize your child’s image with our princesses and superheros. (ONLY the image and/or video will be used. No other information is shared). Your child's safety and well-being is extremely important to us, therefore we do not share any personal information about you or your child. 

 

We may post the pictures taken at the parties here on this site, and/or on our social media pages. If you would like to opt out of this, please let us know BEFORE signing the contract. That way we can provide you with a separate contract, modified for your needs.

 

$15 will be charged if the character is kept 10 minutes or more past the scheduled time. 

 

All of our characters require a Character Host/Assistant to come to the scheduled party and assist them with games and activities.

 

As a Safety precaution, when you book ONE character they can only stay no longer than ONE hour. Two characters can stay a max of TWO hours.

 

Client will agree to the character performer arriving no less than 15 minutes after party guests. This provides time for guests to settle-in before the performer arrives and begins activities.

 

Discipline and Non-Participation: The performer is responsible for the flow of the event and activities. The client is responsible for monitoring disruptive behavior and attending to any child who does not want to participate. EAE is not responsible for a child’s bad behavior and/or their unwillingness to participate in the activities. Performers and assistants do their best to include every child and try to ensure they all are having a good time, but we cannot control them if they are uninterested in the performers at the time they are there. We kindly ask that you monitor and attend to any children that do not want to participate. This way we can provide the best party experience for the rest of the children attending. 

We ask that volume of music or TV is set to lower levels throughout the duration of the party while the characters are present and doing activities. (Characters will bring their own music for songs and activities)


Parents/adults are encouraged to watch and take photos, but please be courteous and kind to the performers and give them the space they need for all the activities.  We ask that the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the birthday child please stay for the duration of the party to attend to the possible needs of the children. Family and friends are welcome to stay and enjoy the performance, but we ask that onlookers keep the noise level to a minimum so the children do not get distracted and can adequately hear instructions from the performers.

Client will agree to not to book other character entertainment companies for the party unless they have gotten approval from EverAfter Enchantments.


Late Bookings: Parties scheduled less than 14 days in advance, will be subject to a late fee of $30.

Late Payments: If clients do not pay the due amount after 4 days of the party, a $2 fee will be charged each day it goes unpaid. Not applicable to businesses that must process through their accounting firm.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance can be rescheduled within a month of original date without additional cost.

If the client does not notify EAE of cancellation of an event and the performers arrive as scheduled, the client is required to pay the full price.

If the client chooses to cancel a party within 48 hours of event due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or illness, the client may reschedule the event for a date up to a month from the original event. This would incur an additional fee of $25.

In the case of severe weather, unforeseen circumstance such as illness, EverAfter Enchantments reserves the right to reschedule your party. 

Deposits are non-refundable.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen, however, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes and property of EverAfter Enchantments during the client’s event. The cost to replace or repair damaged/broken costumes or materials will be billed to the client.

EverAfter Enchantments shall not be held liable for any damages.

Gratuity: The package price does not include a gratuity for the performer, but any gratuity is appreciated and will go directly to performers and assistants.
