EverAfter Enchantments is always looking to add performers! We prefer experience with theater and vocal performance, but will consider all interested.
Currently hiring performers of all roles and all ethnicities.
You must have a willingness to learn the characters, their speech patterns, accents, expressions and mannerisms.
You must have a genuine love for working with children and understand how to manage typical childhood behaviors.
You must pass a background check and have weekend availability, with exceptions for religious purposes.
Theater arts, dance and singing are preferred, but not required.
Scheduling is flexible.
Must also commit to working as a character host/assistant, as well as a costumed character. This work is important and also helps with development of performers, so they become better performers!
Must attend unpaid training events before being put in a shift. Occasional unpaid charity and promotional work is also required. This type of work increases bookings and therefore, opportunties for paid character opportunities.
Female character performers must provide their own:
full coverage foundation
false eyelashes
dance tights (both nude and white)
nude character shoes are also recommended
